There is no built-in support for N-gram analysis within Data360 Analyze but you could leverage the Python ngram package within a Python node or you could use the CRAN ngram package within a R node.
Note, due to licensing restrictions the R node is not included in the Data360 Analyze product - it must be downloaded by you and imported into your system. See the Downloads section of the knowledge base (login required) for further details. You must also have an accessible R environment.
