    I am new to this forum and this issue. Does anyone recognize this issue for my data profiler?

    We believe we know what may be causing the issue but could you please confirm the version of Data3Sixty Analyze you are using? - i.e. the information from the pop-up dialog that is displayed when you use the information -> About Data3Sixty Analyze menu item

    Hi Adrian, its v3.5.2.5900

    Are you required to remain on the v.3.5.2 release or are you able to move to the v.3.60 releaes now or in the near future?
