    Creating users does not allow the ability to add a description. Our corporate usernames can be unrecognizable (ie AD09812) and without a description or some sort I have to obtain the user via a different method and then access the user in Data3Sixty. I there a different/better way?

    There is no support for adding metadata for the user such as an alias or display name that is derived from LDAP/AD attributes.
