A Step by Step Guide to help you set-up Login credentials for your SSA Map Configuration Weblink

• Open Management Console under Platform Client Tools option from Spectrum Home Page
•  In Management Console, Navigate to System Menu and Select Security Option
•  Select Roles Tab on Security Option Page and click + sign to Add Role
• Create Role Name starting with word "Analyst" and click Save button
•  Select Users Tab on Security Option Page and click + sign to Add User
• Define credentials such as User name, Password, Confirm Password which are mandatory. There are optional parameters such as Description (where you can describe purpose of user name creation), and Email address (contact point for this user name creation). Select Role created in previous step to assign to this user name. Click Save button to save your defined settings.
• Open Admin Console of Spectrum Spatial Analyst and Select Map Configuration for which you want to create Login controlled access
• Under Permission Tab, Select Map Configuration Name for which access control need to be set-up. Move Role (created in previous step) which will be available under Available Roles Panel under Assigned Role Panel and Click Save button to save configuration changes.
• After this change in settings, when you try to open weblink of that particular Map Configuration, it will prompt for a username and password (which was set under Security Configuration)
