This may be the common issue that people run into that are related to the company code pop-up that may or may not show up, for different users, right at the beginning of FB50.

We recommend that everyone who is running the FB50 to have their settings match. Per the article above, check the "No Company Code Proposal" checkbox FB50's editing options, and be sure that the company code pop-up screen is included at the beginning of your FB50 script.
