Hi Winshuttle Community,
We've recently upgraded a customer to Winshuttle Evolve. We've run into an issue where we are unable to open WZIP files downloaded from the Evolve site. Our aim is to download reference data (updated daily with a scheduled query) content to Excel. We've tried opening the files in the customer's environment and our own but to no avail.
Please see below. We're unable to open this with 7zip, WinZip or the embedded Windows tool.
We have logged a support call but perhaps someone here already has the answer.
