We run Winshuttle on Citrix. Recently, MS Office on Citrix was "upgraded" from 2010 to 2013. Our templates are running longer on 2013 that they did/do on 2010. What we are seeing is after a document is posted in SAP,  the template stays in 'Reading Data' mode for 45 seconds or more until it ends processing. In 2010, we see only see the 'Reading Data' for 10 seconds or less. This may not sound like much, but out users run templates to post a lot of JE's during month end close and the additional minutes add up. We have opened an incident with Winshuttle Support but, so far, they have not come up with a solution. Has anyone else encountered this and, if so, how did you resolve it?

Hi, We run Winshuttle on Windows systems, but since we changed Office from 2010 to 2013 we 've also noticed a significant slowing down of Winshuttle speed.
We did not find a real solution, but we managed to increase speed again by minimizing the Winshuttle active window to an absolute  minimum.
And,  of course, by running larger scripts on a separate system.

It's not much, but I hope this can help.
