  • 1.  How to upload data from JSON file

    Hello Community,

    Need your advise if it's possible to map/upload data directly from a JSON file without convert to text or csv/excel file

    Does it require a specific License ? How to proceed exactly ? Have you a specific procedure or tutorial based on api that can handle that ?as if we read existing help litterature about studio 12.X version this format is supposed to be support in native with Winshuttle.

    Hi Jerome

    I'm not aware of a way to do so.  You can import a JSON file into Excel, for example, and use transformation options to create a table with columns.   I just walked thru it and it was quite easy to do.
    Choose Data -> import from File -> choose JSON -> choose your file
    Once in the data connection editor window, I converted to table and transposed it, so that I had columns of data.  You'd only need to do that if you were loading more than one object in SAP.
     I had to move the column headers and then ended up with this:
