  • 1.  Child Support Lump Sums

    Hello!

I am working on using Winshuttle to upload our child support lump sums this year for our annual bonuses. I can get about half of them to load and the other half, I am receiving the following error.

No batch input data for screen (MP019500 2000 Einzelbild Infotyp 0195 Garnishment Order US)

This is our first time trying to use Winshuttle for lump sums instead of manually loading each one.  Is anyone familiar with loading child support lump sums or this error?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi Melanie.

This error can have several causes.  Here are a couple of suggestions.

    1. Try clicking on Launch GUI check box (in Transaction 10.X) or Start SAP GUI check box (in Studio 11.X).  See attached for example.
    2. Click on Run, Stop on Errors in the Run screen

Also, sometimes that error means there is a pop up window that only occurs when certain conditions are met.  When that is the case, the script developer can modify the script and select the "Skip Screen if Not Present" option for the screen causing the issue.

    Hi Melanie

That message means it's expecting one SAP screen but seeing another one.  Every one we see has a "code"  like:  MP019500 2000

Could it be those employees are from a different personnel area?  Maybe a different type of employee that can't have a child support lump sum?  Or perhaps it's triggering another screen display in SAP with a different name or some type of pop-up not accounted for in your script.

I'd suggest running in DEBUG mode, as Tammy suggested, to see what is happening.  It may be you have to create another script for the employees that didn't post with your original script.

    Best Regards,

    Sigrid
