You don't have to rewrite it from scratch, but you would have to include that pop-up screen into your script, and set it to skip if not found in case it does or does not show up. So you'd need to add the screen itself (SAPMF02D 1050) and the ok code (=WEIT) for the green check, in order to account for it. It would also need to be added in the right place, wherever it is currently showing up.
You can take an existing section of the script and copy and paste it and then make the screen name/number and OK code adjustments manually, then select the skip screen on it.
The OK Code you need might be different though. It could also end up being =ENTR. So you may need to try both.
