  • 1.  Can run SAP Logon if WInshuttle has been opened and vice-versa

    Hi all,

    Got an odd one.  We've just sequenced 12.1 into our app virtualisation environment.  If I start 12.1 studio or Excel addin I can't start 7.6 Sap Logon.

    If I open SAP Logon, I can't start Studio.

    Has anyone seen this? I'm assuming this is an issue with the sequencing of the packages.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Have never run into this issue nor heard of anyone who has.  I suggest opening a support ticket to try to track it down.
