  • 1.  Winshuttle Migration to Version 12 Challenges

    Hi Team.

    We are in the process of migrating our solutions from winshuttle 10 to 12. However for most of the forms which had been functioning smoothly in version 10. we get  the error that it can not be routed while there are still validation issues. What could be the course for this and how can it be best resolved.


    i tried opening the $info.console ad this was the error:

    Uncaught ReferenceError: Sys is not defined

    Hi Nkosinathi,

    are you using Winshuttle Studio Utility Kit for this?
    This contains of an option for converting 10.x and lower scripts to Studio 11 and higher.
    Create a call at Winshuttle Support to get the link where you can download it.
    You can also try to load the script in Studio and then immediately save it as version v11.0 or above.
    Reopen the new saved script and check if it works.

    ​Hi,

    I've always got this error on V11.2 - it doesn't seem to affect anything.

    Try opening the console and typing $form.errorInfo - this should help you track down where the error is occurring.

    I would recommend that you open a ticket to Winshuttle support.

    Our support team is very efficient and I am sure they will find what your issue is.
