    ​Hello All,

    I have been trying to conect my WINSHUTTLE to use it, and when i connect to sap i get this message, and also when trying to run any transaction, any of you knows who can i contact to help me? or whats the issue?

    Hi Vivian,

    Hopefully you have opened a Support ticket by now.  With a generic error like that, it is hard to offer a recommendation.  Perhaps it's related to SAP permissions.
