    recently I received a new work laptop and for some reason I am unable to run a script and get the below pop-up. does anyone know what may be the cause?

    Looks like you are missing the last mentiond  dll (=gsskrb5.dll) in the error message.
    Is Winshuttle installed with adminrights?

    Hi Cheryl - Jan is correct.  There are RFC (remote function calls) dll's that should be on your machine.  They allow you to interact with SAP from outside of SAP.  They're not usually part of the SAP GUI installation, so you might check with your IT/Basis group for them.
