  • 1.  VA01 Availability Check Issue

    I have run into a strange issue with this VA01 script.  Some items do not have stock available and the Availability check screen pops up.  I have added the Availability Control Screen and OK Code along with activating the skip feature for items with stock - 
    Availability Control
    The script works perfectly for a single line item order.  
    If I have a multiple line item order and the first item does not have available stock, the OK code = VOLL is missing.

    I haven't figured out how to resolve this.  I have attached the script.
    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated as this is effecting production.

    Hi Deirdre -

    Regardless of availability will you always be hitting "Continue" on that ATP screen?  If so, then if you record the transaction in Batch mode instead, that ATP screen will not show up, so you won't have to worry about whether it shows up or not.  That would make it much simpler.

    Hi Jennifer,

    Thanks for the suggestion.  I tried the recording in Batch mode and everything works except the section of my script that revolves around adding an account assignment.

    Account Assignment
    In Batch mode the necessary fields are not visible as in Standard mode.

    Standard Mode Account Assignment

    I need the ability to update information on the Shipping Tab and the Account Assignment tabs.

    Any additional thoughts are welcome!!

    Hi Deirdre -

    For me, when I record in batch mode and I go into the account assignment tab and then hit enter, a pop-up screen appears that has those fields that you need to fill out.  Does yours not do that?
