Hello All,

I working on a script on ME12 to update the price of different conditions. I selected the GUI Scripting mode because it is the only one that will allowed me to be able to add a "If on index condition"loop using the disabled field KONP-KSCHL (Condition type).
My problem is that even if I am in GUI Scripting mode I do not get the popup window allowing me to "Identify disabled fields" during my recording. What am I missing ... ?

Hi Catherine -

You do get the popup window, but it may end up behind one of your other apps or on another screen (for example if you have multiple screens) so it looks like it's not showing up.  I usually do an ALT+TAB on my keyboard to get to it because it usually ends up behind something else.

I have been in a similar situation couple of times. I agree to Jennifer, try doing ALT+TAB and look for that window. Not sure why but it is behind other apps most of the time. You can try again creation script if required.

Hi Catherine,

If ALT + TAB does not help locate this pop up try closing Winshuttle and your SAP GUI logon pad entirely. Then restart SAP and Winshuttle and try a new recording. We have seen this bring back the pop up.
