Hi,

WS studio working well when I was in office premises, but now I'm facing performance issue in many areas while recording script and even running templates. The performance issue is not always constant, it works well very few times in recent days. But most of the times I'm facing any one the below error.

• Sometimes, Logon takes more than 15min (even after 15 min it's not opening so I forced stop )
• Sometimes SAP screen not opening takes time, & SAP screen not closing even after recording process completed.
• Sometimes mapping screen is not coming .

The above issues I'm facing in my home premises. My network connection is good and faster, I can access all company application without any issue. I'm facing issue only in WS application and it works very few times only

 Can you please help me how to resolve this issue? Anyone facing the same issue?

Hope you're well!

Performance  requires factoring in a lot of different things, including network speed, VPN load (if you're using one), your PC load, SAP server speed/load, etc.  Given a lot of people are working from home, it is putting a strain on network throughput in many cases.

Perhaps you can engage with your IT to check network speed, etc.  Another option would be to have them setup a VM with Studio on it near SAP, so that once you login to the VM it will have good performance running against SAP.

Here are my tips for performance issues. i use these for big dataloads.
Set your pc to performace mode in the power settings.
Don't use gui scripting, this can be a lot slower than logging on normally.
