Hi,
I think I'm having the same kind of problem.
The problem is the screen contents differs in the different situations for availability control.
- no stock at all.
- not enough stock at all.
- enough stock but not yet available for the correct date.
- enough stock but only partly available for the correct date.
In all of these cases a message occurs and you have to make a choice.
Normally you will get a different screen or pop-up and you can use skip screen until you get the correct screen/pop-up to give the answer for the choice.
If I could use an if condition in the script to catch the messagenumber it would be possible to determine the correct answer to give.
But still not succesfull in getting that done.
Maybe it is possible by changing the settings of the GUI to give warning messages in a popup also but not tried that yet because these are settings in the GUI and are often controlled by the IT-deparment.

Subject: VA01 Order Type OR
Hi Fellow Developers
I am running into a wall with a VA01 script. It needs to be able to handle max quantity errors, along with batch determination (one time delivery) messages. I have tried both standard and batch scripting modes. I'd prefer to not have to go GUI method if at all possible. The script can get three rows of data inputs added, but then errors on the batch determination (one time delivery) for the 1st material listed. After "one time delivery" is clicked (run & stop on errors mode), the script stops. It doesn't know what to do next. Which I do not understand as it was able to complete three entries before getting confused. Also, even when using "skip if not found", the script fails if none of the pop ups happen. I realize I am missing a trigger but just cannot seem to figure out what/where.
Also, I am no very familiar with BAPIs, but if that is a better way to go, and someone has a template they could share, I am willing to take a trip down that road. My only understanding of BAPI is that they don't have to deal with the pop ups, but that they can cause quite a problem if not properly designed.
Batch test script attached
Thank you!
