  • 1.  Runner Issue with SAP

    ​​​​Hi - we have a runner on our team that is having trouble when running a Studio script.  No one else is having this issue.  When he runs a script, the SAP GUI box pops up after every line in the Excel Add In is complete.  This is causing him to not be able to do any work on other programs because he has to continue to close the SAP popup.  Has anyone else ran into this issue? We have checked and compared all settings in Winshuttle Studio (his settings vs our settings) to determine if there is something off with his.  We cannot find anything different.  We've also asked him to try to run in the background and that hasn't worked.  Any help or insight would be appreciated.

    Hi Krista

    Is it a GUI script?  If so, can you please check his SAP GUI options
    By default the two highlighted options are checked.  I always have to make sure they are unchecked when I install a new version.
