  • 1.  MM01 error on Transportation group

    Dear all,

    When trying to create multiple sales view for one material via MM01, I got error on field Transportation group (MARA-TRAGR).
    For first record the field is open but 2nd line onward it is grayed out.
    If the field is unavailable to input,  I like to skip it.
    Is there any way to avoid this without using skip indicator?

    I am using Studio version 11.2.12.

    Hi Satoru,
    You can use the "if first transaction" statement for that item. So, for the first transaction, it will update the field, and it will skip it for any subsequent transactions. I have uploaded an example from one of our scripts. What this one does, is clear a table on the first transaction, then it continues to add new inputs.

    Dear Vanessa,

    Thank you for your suggestion.
    "if first transaction" did not work.
    For our case upload file contains more than 2 materials with multiple plants.
    In this case 2nd material got error since this should be input transportation group.

    Hi Saturo
    Have you tried an IF on SAP Field.  I'm not sure it will work, as my system is configured differently.  Here's an example on another field in MM01.

    You'll wrap this around the input field

    For our case, transportation group is fixed value F001, then I used if on SAP as below.
    It worked!
