  • 1.  ABUMN - NO_INPUT_VALUE ERROR

    Hi there,

    I'm trying to create a script for transaction code ABUMN, however when I click on the button to start the recording, it shows a pop-up window with the message NO_INPUT_VALUE. 

    NO_INPUT_VALUE ERROR - ABUMNI´m using WS Studio v12.01. 

    It works fine with other transactions, so not sure what could be the issue. 

    Have you had a similiar problem with ABUMN or other transaction?

    I tried with transaction code ABUML and it worked. 

    According to SAP:
    The new transactions have been designed explicitly as dialog transactions for simplified entry. This is in particular why they are not fully compatible with batch input.

    Believe some of my colleagues have used GUI scripting for ABUMN.  Glad you found an alternative!

    Victor - It sounds like you're using S/4 Hana new asset accounting. ABUML is the new tcode, and I'm glad to see that works for you.

    I also did a quick test with ABUMN. When starting the recording, the first screen I see is for entering the Company Code. If I close/exit the window without entering a value, I get that error message NO INPUT VALUE. Perhaps you didn't see or get the company code window pop up.
