  • 1.  Use of Studio/Transaction in CRM?

    We've had a request from our business to perform mass Service Ticket updates in CRM using Winshuttle.  Does anyone have experience using Winshuttle with CRM?

    Hi Gail - I've had some - mostly with Customer master (BP) and sales orders.  You'd need to find a Transaction in the backend SAP GUI or a BAPI in order to work with CRM.
