  • 1.  Scheduled extract error

    I am getting an error when running a scheduled extract. The two extracts are chained together and run fine when done with excel open. Each extract are on their own tab one of them is used in a pivot table that is on its own tab and the other is used for v-look up on the pivot table. Would the pivot table be causing it not to run correctly?

    I cant imagine that the pivot table or v look up tabs would affect the extracts. Have you tried un-chaining and run later separately? Let me know ​we might want to open a ticket to resolve.
