Hello Team.

We have created a winshuttle form for the creation of vendors and attached transaction script created using XK01. However, when we try to create the vendor, we get the following error:  Err: Entry 1000 1000 does not exist in T169L (check entry). when we use the transaction script outside the form, vendors are successfully created.

Note: we have two company codes (1000 and 2000) and one Purchasing Organization (1000). We are running on winshuttle 10.3.

I didn't see your scripts attached, but that is ok.  The table name in your error message is related to tolerance groups for purchasing orgs, so it is likely complaining that Purchase org 1000 and Tolerance group 1000 do not exist.

I didn't see your scripts attached, but that is ok.  The table name in your error message is related to tolerance groups for purchasing orgs, so it is likely complaining that Purchase org 1000 and Tolerance group 1000 do not exist.

Could you pleases double check your mapping of the script to form fields?  It may be that purchasing org and/or company code may be mapped to tolerance group, or something along those lines.

In order to do so, please go to the solutions tab and expand the area with Transaction scripts

Right click on the script name and click edit field mapping.

Please ensure the script field names map to the proper form field name

If after checking that is not the issue, please open a support ticket.

Thank you for your help. I had actually input 1000 instead of 0001 in the values of the tolerance group within the form. i have corrected the error and the form is working now. Thank you for your help
