    We are creating CJ20N script to close a project on a winshuttle form,when we try to run the web service, getting an error "Err:Runtime error RAISE_EXCEPTION has occurred", but the script is working in excel and XML mode on studio.We tried in batch and no-batch mode also, but No luck.

    Hi Kiran

    CJ20N is often problematic to automate.  Having said that, if you are truly just updating the status, it should be do-able.

    Please make sure your script has Launch GUI checked.

    Also make sure you have a worker that supports a launch gui script.  Someone with access to the SAP integration server box would need to configure and start the service.  It should be something like this:

    Note we're running 12.1 on this server, so yours may look different.
