  • 1.  Error message while loading the script file from excel

    ​Hello,
    I would appreciate your help to solve the issue.
    I am trying to load the script file from excel but then I get error message (Some or all identity references could not be translated).

    I have attached detailed photos of the error message.

    Could You please help, it is urgent.

    Hello Mina,

    We have seen this error occur when the script is very old (version 7.x or below). Here is an article published to our Support site for this issue: https://support.winshuttle.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023792971-Some-or-All-Identity-References-Could-Not-Be-Translated

    If you try saving the script to be version 8.x or higher through Studio this should help resolve the error. If you continue to see issues please open a Support ticket with us and we are happy to help.
