Hello Friends,

Am using BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATE for contracts creation, checked the input data values in BAPI and test execution is good. I used the same input data with account assignment category, language key, order unit measure fields for Winshuttle Direct - am unable to create the contract and it says as  " No instance of object type PurchasingContract has been created. External reference: # 1 Please enter material number or account assignment category Unit of measure not defined for language EN Enter Order Unit Please check the price".  

Created and followed steps, exactly similar to the one posted in the group but not sure receiving this message again and again. 

Is this related to winshuttle authorization issue or any field to added/modified. Please help me.

Hi Naveen - you'll need an account assignment.  You have a backslash, and I don't believe you can leave it empty.  Try "U" for unknown and see if that makes it post.

I've tried with "U" as account assignment but no luck. I've added account assignment (U), Order Unit (EA), Purchase Unit (EA), Lang Key (EN) and am receiving a new message as " No instance of object type PurchasingContract has been created. External reference: # 1 Please also populate interface parameter ITEMSX Please enter material number or account assignment category Unit of measure  not defined for language EN Enter Order Unit Please check the price"

Hi Naveen - received your message.  I believe you are very close! :)

You are correct that you will need the basic fields like material, qty, UOM , price and acct assignment. 

What I noticed in your screen shot is:

• You used X for item number in the ITEMX table, but in fact, you have to pass up the actual line item number in the "X" table.   I just mapped them to the same column in Excel.

• Also, you can edit/delete the loops, so that both ITEM and ITEMX are in the same loop.  It makes it simpler with one loop.

The "X" tables are a bit tricky to understand at first, but once you get it the BAPI works great!
