That error message usually means a duplicate of
something is being added to the database. It sound's like you're submitting scripts to Foundation libraries, which wouldn't normally trigger that error as SharePoint itself will prevent duplicates in the library (by filename, not title). I usually see this in Composer solutions with duplicate data connections.

Subject: Error message "An item with the same key has already been added"
Hello, we have recently upgrade to V12. We upgraded by doing a fresh install and I am converting old transaction scripts (V10.7). I am opening the script with v12 and adding to foundation. For several of the scripts after I am don saving I receive an error message stating "An item with the same key has already been added". It appears that the script is loading ok and when I tested some of the scripts they appear to work. Anyone see this error message before and is there something I can do to avoid receiving it?
