Hi Dauffy
Would suggest you run in step by step mode (aka Debug mode) to see what is happening.
My knowledge of networks, activities and costing in projects is very limited. I looked in the usual places I would go to, and I didn't see any other options for entering activity time. I also looked for BAPIs, and while there was one, it didn't work without an ABAPer adding another BAPI to make it work
So I did try to add a few activities to one WBS element. So here's my suggestion.
- Choose BATCH mode to record
- CJ20N
- Go to menu and click Project
- Click Open
- enter the WBS element and click checkbox
- click activities
- enter amounts for all rows you care to
- click save
- in the script properties, set Renew session after [n] transactions to 1
I found that it would run the first row, but not subsequent rows. It would lose it's place getting to the activities, so the renew session setting above is the workaround, making each row look like a new session. In V10, you could edit the script in a notepad-like editor and add &EndSession. This is the equivalent in v11/12.
A simple example is attached.
You could also try GUI scripting, but I avoid it if I can.
Hope this helps,
Sigrid
