    We have just implemented SAP, and we would like to use WINSHUTTLE.  Is there any orientation for beginners like me?

    Hello Hilda,

    We have had Winshuttle for over a year now. How I learned how to Winshuttle was by watching all of the free support training videos on the Winshuttle website. Along with purchasing our first set of licenses several hours of training was included to get started much like the training videos but with Q/A time to help. From there working in Winshuttle, watching videos, and asking question through this forum is my recommendation.

    Welcome! 

    There is online training for basic skills.  You can open a support ticket to gain access. 

    Once you have a login, you can access it via a link from the Community site -> Resources -> Training

    You can also engage with our Services team for training and mentoring.  And of course, you can post questions here.

    There is a support site to submit a ticket:  support.winshuttle.com - click sumbit a request

    For the computer-based training, there is no cost.  

    For other training and mentoring, there would be a cost for the Services team to provide it.  Please contact your sales rep to discuss what your needs, and they can share the options and costs.

    My understanding is that with a yearly fee this service is included. Someone from Winshuttle maybe able to give you more information if there is a cost not having a service plan. With all of the thickets I have submitted there was no cost. Some of my issues is due to script not working as I thought and I send in the ticket with script and excel file and most of the time able to help show me what I am doing wrong or help direct me to a better solution at no cost. 

    Where I have found to be cost would be if you are asking for Winshuttle to develop a script.
