Hi Winshuttle Community,
At Winshuttle we are always thinking about our customers and ways to enhance your experience with our products and solutions.
One of these enhancements was the introduction of the Winshuttle Studio Template Library. So far, the Template Library has seen great success, whether users have been downloading templates, asking questions or rating their favorite templates.
We are now excited to launch the next phase of the Template Library: the ability for all Community members to submit your own templates to be featured in the Winshuttle Community!
Here's everything you need to know:
How to submit your template:
Send an email to templates.community@winshuttle.com and include this information:
- Subject Line: Winshuttle Community Template Submission
- T-Code: List the T-code your template is used for
- Studio Version: List the version of the Studio the template was built for
- Attach the Studio script(s) and Excel template into a .zip file. If the file is too big to send via email, send us a separate email and we will give instructions on how to send the template.
What happens after you submit your template:
After receiving the template, our Templates Team will review the template and analyze it to see if it meets the minimum requirements for us to "Winshuttleize" it and publish it such that others can receive Winshuttle customer support for it. You will receive a new badge if your template is approved. We will consider evaluation criteria like Studio version compatibility, if it's too similar to a template that already exists in the library, and if it's in one of the languages that Studio supports.
If it doesn't meet these requirements, but is still of value to Winshuttle customers, we can still post it as a Community template, but it won't be officially supported by Winshuttle customer support and the other customers will use the template at their own risk. It will have a different stamp as the ones you have seen up to now. It'll be a "Contributor provided template".
