I am trying to update the "Display Internet mail addresses" under communication under Address in xk02.  I currently have a query that pulls from LFA1, ADR6, & ADRT that successfully pulls in all the needed data that need to be reviewed before being uploaded again.  

I'm running into two issues. 

The first is if a line needs to be deleted.  I can not find a consistent way to delete just the line I want due to the limit of fields that can be read at one time seems to limited to 3 and any reference can only target 1 to 3 and it is always relative to what is currently on screen.  Many of the vendors have six plus contacts here.  

The second follow the same issue except it involves updating the correct contact with the new info.

Has anyone tried something like this or have any tips for making something like this work?

What I mean by deleting the correct line is if there are more than three contacts then winshuttle has to scroll to the correct line but due to how the fields are named fields 1-3 are the only names available and is always in respect to the position of the scroll bar.

Is there some sort of visible index you can key off of?  I'm not totally familiar with that transaction but I think as long as there's a way you can see what you're looking for, there's a way to coerce winshuttle to do the work for you.

A couple thoughts that may help:
For positioning, you can use the Name field at the bottom of the contact screen in XK02. It positions the target contact on the first line so you could delete from there if you are sure you do not have more than one contact with the same name.

For updating, you could use XK99--the tablename is MASSVENDORKNVK, especially if you have duplicate contacts. It uses the vendor number and the contact person number.

Hi Sue,

Unfortunately I need to update the communication found on the vendor's Address tab and not the contact persons.  Unfortunately this means that XK99 does not point to the correct data and there is no Name field at the bottom to sort from.
