  • 1.  ABT1N - Intercompany Asset Transfer Script

    Has anyone successfully created an ABT1N script? I have been successful recording and playing back to transfer assets but it returns the "LEAVE TO TRANSACTION" is not allowed in batch input message. I have record a few other asset retirement scripts for other t-codes and I was able to suppress this message but not for ABT1N.

    Hi Jack. I've attached a script I used at my last company. It was a long time ago, but feel free to test it out. The script creates a new asset in the destination company code and transfers 100% of the net book value.

    I will test with it and see if it works any better. It is very similar to what I did, but I get a message about exiting from batch in mine. I was able to get it to work in GUI scripting but I'd rather not use that if possible. Thanks for sharing! I will let you know if I have any luck.

    I recall creating one previously but using ABT1 rather than ABT1n.  The new transaction caused a few issues in the recording.
