  • 1.  Winshuttle Studio 12 - Add XML files as attachment in FB02

    Hello dear community.

    I have made an script to attach files using transaction FB02. The script is working fine using the file extensions allowed by default. Now i'm in need to attach xml files using the script. Therefore i have made the following settings in ShuttleRule.xml as documentation explains.

    <TypeEntry MimeType="application/xml">
    <Extension>XML</Extension>
    </TypeEntry>

    After this, the script is adding the xml file in transaction FB02 and i can see the file in attachment list. However, when i double click on the file it shows blank, no content. If i attach the xml file manually everything works fine. I need to know if there is a solution to add xml files.

    Please submit a support ticket here: https://support.winshuttle.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Include a copy of the XML mapped Transaction script as well as a copy of your shuttlerule.xml file and the Support team is happy to assist.
