    Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has experienced the above error message -

No batch input data for screen SAPLAMDP 0100

The transaction this is coming through in is ABUMN.

It will allow us to input the first line only in the script but not the sequential?

Is it because of the pop-up screen that comes up for company code and it is having trouble associating company codes for subsequent lines (even though we put the company code in the script)?

Looking forward to hearing from the community :)

    Hi Rachael -

Yes, it's likely that it's the company code pop-up screen only showing up with the first row run causing the problem.  You can put a skip screen if not found on that first company code screen or put an IF first transaction condition around that first company code screen to solve your issue.

    Thank you.

If the users will always be in one company code, they can set parameter BUK in t-code SU3 to default the company code, then this box doesn't pop up on the first row execution. It sounds like it was recorded with the pop-up and now it isn't popping up for another user as they likely have BUK set.

    Hi Rachael,

Jennifer is correct, pop-up screens may cause this.  And Jack is correct that you can set defaults.

It's best practice for script developers to have the pop-ups in your recording and use the skip screen (which you can enable in expert mode on the row for that pop-up screen), as Jennifer mentions.  That way it works for script runners who may or may not have a default company code set.

    Best Regards,
    Sigrid

    Hello
Can you display what the "skip screen" IF logic should look like?
    Thanks

    Hi Jon

In v11/12 it looks like this:
    • Go to the Expert mode screen in the Map tab and find where you get the pop-up.
    • You click on the screen line - see line 4 above.
    • You can then click on the icon I highlighted or look to the right and check the box Skip screen if not present under the screen group.
The above is an example of an FB50, recording specifically to have the company code pop-up.  The scrip screen if not present will skip the pop-up if someone has a default company code, or pass up the company code if the pop-up is displayed.  It's the best way to handle these variable pop-ups.

    Hope that helps,
    Sigrid

PS:  If you signed up for the CBT (computer-based training) under Resources - Training - you can find this in the course information under Transaction
