  • 1.  Query: Data File Opening Outside of Studio During RUN

    I have been using Query referencing data files within my network without an issue.  All of the sudden, when I RUN a query, the data file opens outside of Studio before criteria pop up, how can I stop data file from opening outside of Studio?  I saw notes about saving to C drive, but it has been working on my network and curious what could cause this behavior to suddenly change?

    Solved:  if I open the data file and make a change to it, going forward it has this behavior.  If I review outside of Studio in Excel as read-only and don't alter anything, then it's running ok within Studio.
