  • 1.  Need visibility into process status

    Our organization has a single person who has access to Central data.  As a Composer/Studio developer during development at times our process get hung for one reason or another.  It would be nice to have some visibility to process status e.g. errors without having to bug the Central admin.   I understand the risk of granting me access to all the Central functions but think their needs to be a way to view our status.

    Hi Andy,

    A delegated low-rights access to workflow admin would be a good addition. In the meantime, if you can get read access to the workflow database, you can search the svservice table in much the same way you would using the site. I actually use SQL more as I can use wildcard string searches against the XML to find a specific target.

    Hello Andy!

    I like Josh's answer for visibility.

    You mention that this would be helpful during development.  Could you possibly get access to the Workflow Admin for your Dev/QA sites?  You should not be able to break too much in there seeing it is not Production.   :-)
