  • 1.  Inaccurate 'Backup Data' results

    Hi all, hoping this is a quick query.

    I'm experiencing an issue with the Backup Data function within Studio v11.3.

    It's a simple upload script as it uses Column C to identify the equipment number and column E to upload the position.


    When I tick the backup data box, I get the following results:

    If you compare the two screenshots you can see that the equipment number is being moved down a column. So 0054 is the position for equipment number 30053478. Why is this and how can I stop it from happening?

    There is a query script to download the data, simply type in the functional location and it downloads the equipment with a couple of columns with it. The transaction script is then used to upload the amended position back into SAP, the backup data is ticked to ensure we have the original data we are overwriting.

    As I said, it's a simple script but I don't understand what's happening with the backup data output.
