Mine are similar to Sigrid's in terms of archiving, deleting and generally getting more organized. I would add process improvements which is related to any automation initiatives and making sure our systems and processes have kept up with growth over the last year.
In terms of specifics, I can speak to the data we keep in marketing and say that completeness of data fields, removing duplicates and getting first time right data are all important resolutions in the new year.

For me, it's similar to getting ready to file my taxes:
- Volume: Go through what you have and get rid of what you don't need. Make sure you have an archival plan. Is there anything missing? If so, add it.
- Quality: Clean up what you are keeping and make sure it's accurate. If adding, make sure it's accurate from the start.
- Organization: Organize what you need to keep and put it in it's place so that it's easy to find. If you've had it organized, does it still work for the amount you have today? Is there a better way to categorize/store it?
- Automation: Is there a way to automate creation/maintenance? If it's automated/easy to do, and you can do it in a timely fashion, next year this process will be much easier! :)
The same can be applied to so many areas - including SAP data.
