Automate

Trying to create script for CS01 that has both Materials (Item cat "L") and Documents (Item Cat "D").  Tried to create loop for all then set conditions for the materials tab and document tabs, however it will not go from one tab to another.  Even tried inputting all in the General tab, however script seems to have trouble double clicking into lines.  Anyone have any tips?

Hi Breanne ,

The easiest way is to record adding one component of each type and put IF statements around those sections in the Expert Mode tab based on the component type column.

You could also record one of each and compare them and only put different screens in the IF statements, but it's much more work.

I use the IF process as well and it has worked well for us without any errors.
Record using CS01, Add a material, Switch to Doc tab add the DIR, save and close.

This will work if you have the item category type (L or D) in your excel template. Please see attached screenshot.
