I am having an issue with my drop down menus not reading my SharePoint list. Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The image (List), is a sample of the SharePoint list I am trying to utilize. The form will read the headers (category, description, etc.), but will not pull the actual values such as "lighting" or "door locks". The image (Dropdown example) is an image of one of the drop downs we are attempting to put into the form. As you can see in the image, the field will only display "-Select-". Even when I pull down the menu, "-Select-" is the only user choice. This is where I need the values from the list to appear. The final image is a screenshot from the "Range" field under the properties of the drop down itself. The range is set to collection and as the final image (Data connection) shows, it is set to populate the drop down via data connection. The form recognizes the SharePoint list, as well as the headers (category, description) from the list, but not the actual items from the list. Hopefully this clearly illustrates the issue.

Hi Alex - a couple of thoughts. 

First, are there any rules you are using on the the dropdown field.  If there are rules, then you'll need to check the option to automatically load it:

Maybe not relevant here but best practice is to use field names in SharePoint (and the form) that wouldn't be reserved words, like "Description", and also "Field", "Value", "Type", etc.  I'm not sure that makes any difference, but it's a good best practice.
