  • 1.  Trouble Recording Condition Record Scale Values/Rates

    Posted 09-19-2018 14:43
I'm a new Winshuttle developer and am having difficulties when trying to create a transaction that requires entering pricing condition records at the scale level as the entry seems to move up when you hit enter or double click to get to that level.  Then when you place your cursor at the level, the recording doesn't seem to know what line you are on.

I'm not sure if I'm stating my issue clearly but if anyone has any tips or tricks to share or links to helpful information it would be much appreciated.

    Hi Rita

    The trick here is to:
    • use the insert row button at the bottom of the grid with scales without hitting enter or anything else inbetween
    • the order in which you load it makes a difference - in my case descending order.

Please see the attached example - originally created in v10 but saved as v11.  I hope it's helpful.

    Best Regards,
    Sigrid

It's also possible to do it with the scales ascending using the new entries button.  You do have to enter the initial main price again on the scales screen on row 1, and then start adding the additional ascending scale quantity entries after hitting the new entries button.  Please refer to the attached example.
