Hi, good morning,

does somebody know how to download file with Internal comments, please? I mean all items (for one sales org.) having Internal comments.
I dont know if this is possible via Winshutlle or only via SAP.

I know how to add Internal comment but download file is impossible for me.

​Do you have a back office query program available that can create a report of all the IC's in your MM's?
We use a product called DSP BackOffice. I have custom reports for various MM extracts for WinShuttle runs.

I replied but I think you to privately.  

In general, you can record downloading files from SAP, however they require GUI scripting mode.  The Windows-like pop-up that allows you to select the location and file name with which to download the file require that GUI scripting recording mode.

I'm not 100% sure where the internal comments come into play.  If you can provide a bit more information, perhaps one of us on the community can provide a more specific reply.
