  • 1.  Assure considers empty files out of balance

    I have a summary entity in Assure that balances two delimited files.  When both files are empty, Assure says they are out of balance.  The control fields have nothing in them.  Why does Assure consider this out of balance, and how do I get it to be in balance?  I tried initializing the control fields to zero, but it won't let me do this.

    Hi Renee,

    The scenario you mention does sound peculiar. When possible, please open a support case with an attached export of your CE/CP so we may review why this is happening together.
