  • 1.  Infogix Upgrade

    We are planning to upgrade our version of Infogix from 4.9 to 9.3. I have a few questions:

    1. Do you have an updated compatibility matrix for windows server? I noticed that Infogix is listed to be compatible with only Windows Server 2012, which is going out of support soon. Is Infogix compatible with Windows Server 2016 or higher? 
    2. Is there anything we should know when updating from 4.9 to 9.3? Anything we should look out for?

    Hi Amanda,

    Though ACR v9.3 has only been certified with Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012, I anticipate Windows Server 2016 to work just fine.

    In regards to things to "watch for" while moving to v9.3, the upgrade process is consistent with the prior release. I advise the team to follow the upgrade guide's steps, as it will detail everything required to have a successful upgrade.
