     Using 9.2 -Acr Detail on mainframe--trying to send two emails when there is an oob.

    On the messages screen can you add more than one email address and if so how do you separate them?

    Hi Patty,

     

    The mainframe setup for this option is at the mercy of the parameters for the mainframe environment.  If you would like to send to more than one individual, you would need to set a new message for the job.  I've provided a more detail description with photos in this article attached.  Please let me know if you have any addtional questions.  Thank you.
