Does your company have different Foundation environments (for example we have DEV (for testing) and PROD (for production)). If there are not any SAP environments shown, whomever has the proper permissions in Foundation will need to add them. If it's just that the environment you seek is not listed, you may need to sign out of Studio and then sign in again using the correct Foundation site. Your Foundation admin. should be able to assist.
