Subject: Winshuttle: Where do you store Winshuttle script and Data (excel) file, if there are multiple users using them?
Hi Maria,
Is there an up-to date demo or guide of Studio Manager or Evolve that I can check out?
- Central repository for scripts and data files with versioning < this is what I am interested in.

Hi Nart,
You can publish the script to the Excel file so users can open the Excel file and will see the script automatically in the Studio tab. Below is a link for instructions on publishing a script to an Excel file. Please note you can publish multiple scripts to an Excel file. If the script is updated, you will need to delete the embedded script and publish the updated script.
Publish scripts to Excel
If you are interested in a central repository for your scripts and data files, I recommend looking into upgrading to Studio Manager or Evolve. These enterprise platforms allow users to access the latest Excel files and scripts from within Excel or Studio. Studio Manager and Evolve provide the following:
- Central repository for scripts and data files with versioning
- Script review and approval
- Data review and approval
- Server scheduling
Thanks,

Is there a way for the users not to map the script to the data file every time they open the script?
Currently they are stored on Shared Onedrive.
