    Hi Team,

    Currently i am using WinShuttle Studio 11.3 version and creating dumps in SAP. So planning to upgrade with 20.2 version. But i could not find in Precisely website. Please send me the installer or link for download.

    Hi Sathish

    Thank you for raising your concern ; as per new process you would need to create a support ticket and use option Product ; Once the ticket is receieved Fulfilment team would be able to share the Installer with you.

    Installers are not available on Portal any more; you would need to create support ticket via logging into Precisely Portal.

    Please let me know if you need further clarification on this.
