Automate Studio with Connect portal will be unavailable

Dear Precisely Customer,
Access to the Connect web portal (connect.winshuttle.com) has been turned off for urgent maintenance activities. This means that you will be unable to manage user and license assignments for Studio desktop users. Those Studio users will still be able to access the Studio desktop client itself; it is only access to the Connect web portal that will be unavailable. If you need any user or license updates while the Connect portal is unavailable, please contact our support team and they can process this on your behalf.
